Self Awareness Initiative

Self Awareness Initiative supports individuals and communities through grounded programs, shared stories, and spaces for reflection and connection.

About the Initiative

Self Awareness Initiative works off a simple premise, with greater self-awareness comes better decision making.

Our role is not to direct outcomes, but to create simple spaces where self-awareness is able to improve.

These spaces are calm, familiar, and community-based, allowing people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and those around them

Programs

Our programs are simple, community-based initiatives designed to strengthen self-awareness, connection, and contribution.

Nurturing Presence

A guided program introducing the foundations of self-awareness through reflection, conversation, and practical mindfulness tools.

Community Connection

A club-based initiative recognising young people for their contribution to their broader communities, encouraging reflection and positive identity growth.

(no) Mothers Group

A simple monthly gathering creating space for dads and kids to connect, play, and be part of a relaxed and supportive community rhythm.

Self Awareness Initiative programs are currently active across a growing number of schools, clubs, and community groups. Each program adapts to the local environment while keeping the same simple focus on awareness, connection, and contribution.
